If your insert is not under warranty and is in need of repair please follow one of the two choices below: We can no longer repair the Taps only inserts. You will need to upgrade to a new insert.

You will need to call our office for a Return Authorization number.
Pack up the insert only (remove batteries). Mail it to the address below.
Inside the box include a piece of paper that has your return address. We can not ship to Post Office Boxes.
Please make sure you write your RA# on the outside of the box.
Do not mail in your insert for repair without obtaining an RA#.
All repairs must be paid for within 30 days
