Repair

If your insert is not under warranty and is in need of repair please follow one of the two choices below:

By Phone:

1. You will need to call our office for a Return Authorization number.
2. Pack up the insert only and send it to the address below.
3. Inside the box include a piece of paper that has your return address. We can not ship to Post Office Boxes.
4. Please make sure you write your RA# on the outside of the box.
5. Do not send in your insert for repair without calling for an RA#.
6. All repairs must be paid for within 30 days
